Skype With a Phone

UPDATED: A Danish electronics company announced yet another way Skype fans can choose between Internet-based or traditional phone calls.

The DualPhone 3088, available Dec. 1, is the latest handset erasing the need for a computer, according to RTX Products.

I doubt I am the only one when I just get a thought of how useful this is. We also experimented with on a blackberry phone and the quality wasn’t bad, all in all it is a great feature. Be interesting to see how this kind of thing turns out in the future.

In the race for Web-search share, Ask.com is the tortoise. The search engine formerly known as Ask Jeeves still handles less than 6% of U.S. searches, though it’s been in the industry since 1996, more than a year before front-runner Google. Google controls roughly 51% of searches, including queries conducted on Time Warner’s (TWX) AOL and News Corp.’s (NWS) MySpace.

Technology vs Services

In this day and age a lot of us still try to get the most out of there PC. From upgrading their old 80 IDE GB hard drive to the newer 250 SATA GB model’s to changing out their CPU?s and motherboards which might have been an AMD Sempron 3100 to a newer Athlon 64 FX. Even video cards get complicated; there are old AGP models to PCI-X models, with varying degrees of memory. A new comer to Web Hosting has the same problems. Do I want shared? Dedicated?
